Purpose of the Conference: discussion of the problems and perspectives of innovative development of the economy of Ukraine and its regions as strategic priorities of the state, ensuring technological development based on the advancing growth of high-tech industries, research of the aspects of interaction between government, science and business as factors of stable economic growth in the context of integration of Ukraine into European Scientific and Innovation Area.

Theses of conference reports will be published in the Proceedings of the XXIV International Scientific and Practical Conference Problems and Perspectives of Innovative Development of Economy in Context of Integration of Ukraine into European Scientific and Innovation Area prior to the beginning of the conference.

Conference materials will be posted at economic and scientific division of ONPU www.economics.opu.ua, at official web portal of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, at web page of State Institution G. M. Dobrov Institute For Scientific and Technological Potential and Science History Studies of the NAS of Ukraine and at web portal of innovations www.inno.lviv.ua.

Conference is planned to be held in plenary session and by sections. Conference working languages: Ukrainian, English, Russian.

Topics of reports and statements in the conference:

  • innovative development, technological modernization of the economy, introduction of the latest technological solutions and production of high-tech products is the only way for Ukraine to exit the economic crisis;
  • regional dimension of innovative activity, competitiveness of the economy, economic security, the interaction between government, business and science;
  • national and regional innovation systems and programs, problems and prospects for creating innovative infrastructure;
  • problems of development of modern innovative entrepreneurship and personnel training in conditions of structural changes in the economy;
  • combining the capabilities and needs of science, education and production in Ukraine; presenting scientific and technical developments of higher education institutions, national academies of sciences; establishment of contacts with potential investors and international cooperation in the innovation sphere;
  • development of mechanisms of public administration and regulatory framework of innovation activity in Ukraine, creation of legal bases for support of innovative enterprises and start-ups;
  • digital economy: current state and development prospects; open science and open innovation, commercialization of the results of scientific and technical activities; training specialists in intellectual property management;
  • civilizational progress of a science-intensive society: national and regional mechanisms of the strategy Industry 4.0;
  • history of science and technology through the prism of innovation;
  • transformation of scientific knowledge into the production function and information and technological support of this process;
  • modern mechanisms for requesting scientific results on the development of the technological sphere of production, state and entrepreneurial motivation for stimulating technological renewal of the production sphere;
  • sensitivity of the sphere of applied science to the emergence of new requests from practice, the means for creating interfaces for the transmission of requests for practice to the scientific sphere.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THESES

  1. Original scientific conference theses are accepted for printing, that contain results of previously not published research (a number of authors not more than three), in one of working languages. The volume of theses shouldnt exceed 5 pages, including figures, tables and the list of sources.
  2. Text editor Microsoft Word; font Times New Roman; pica 12 pt; line spacing 1,15; indention 0,75 cm, page header 1,27cm, page footer 1,5; margins: left 3 cm, right 1,5 cm top and bottom 2 cm. Theses pages shouldnt be numbered.
  3. The file should be saved in two formats RTF and DOC. The file should be named by transliteration with Authors last name, e.g. Petrenko.doc.
  4. Titles elements: in the first line, from the left, without indention last name(s) and initials of the author(s); second line academic status, degree, position, institute, email; in one line the name of theses in capital letters (centered). Pass the line (indention) the abstract. New line (indention) key words by the language of theses, theses itself. New line (indention) body text. In one line after the text should be placed References, according to the standard (without indention). At the end full name(s) of the author(s) (centered), the name of the theses (centered , capital letters), abstract and key words in English.
  5. Sources references through the text should be made by the following example [2, p. 3-7; 5, p. 127], where the first number the number of the source on the list of used sources, the number after the decimal point the page number (range set by a hyphen), several sources should be separated by a semicolon or dash. Footnotes are acceptable for comments in the text and are created by the menu Insert footnote.

THE TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CONFERENCE

It is necessary for participation in the conference program up to May 10 , 2019 to do the following:

  1. Sign up by completing an application form according to the form http://stepscenter.org.ua/registr or email it to odessa@stepscenter.org.ua (sample can be downloaded at http://stepscenter.org.ua/text)
  2. Email to the following address theses and scanned copy of the receipt for payment of arrangement fee. Confirmation of the materials acceptance must be received within 3 days, otherwise one should send an email request to the Organizing Committee.

Theses submitted to the Organizing Committee after the deadline will not be considered. The responsibility for the accuracy of the content bears the author. Publication of the theses in the Proceedings is in the authors edition. Theses that do not meet the topic areas of the conference, the materials requirements or requirements for the materials level will be rejected and these authors will be emailed about.

Itll be possible to get a printed copy of Proceedings of the XXIV International Scientific and Practical Conference Problems and Perspectives of Innovative Development of Economy in Context of Integration of Ukraine into European Scientific and Innovation Area at the registration desk or by regular post (delivered to an address provided in the application form) after the conference at web page of economic and scientific division of ONPU www.economics.opu.ua.

Participants of the conference have the opportunity to publish their own articles free of charge in the specialized economic journals of the ONPU, which are indexed in international science and technology databases.

300 UAH (covering participation in conference sessions and sections, publication of the theses, a printed copy of the conference program and conference proceedings, coffee breaks, visiting of innovative enterprises);

250 UAH (covering participation in conference sessions and sections, publication of the theses, a printed copy of the conference program and conference proceedings (in an electronic form), coffee breaks, visiting of innovative enterprises);

For remote participation:

200 UAH (publication of the theses and regular mail of a printed copy of the conference proceedings);

150 UAH (publication of the theses and emailing of a electronic copy of the conference proceedings).
