We are conducting our 3rd Demand Planning and Forecasting Workshop in Prague, Czech Republic, June 19-20, 2013. This unique two-day business forecasting workshop offers practical hands-on experience. The attendees work with their laptops on specific examples of data analysis and cleansing and forecast models and create their own forecasts using the Holt-Winters model (triple exponential smoothing). This template, along with all other tools developed and used during the workshop is fully functional forecasting tool kit anyone can use in their office. The workshop is layered with team and individual activities and case studies that strengthen retention of the material covered.
